At TechDiva, our manifesto is born from a profound belief in the transformative power of education and is fortified by our steadfast commitment to equality and empowerment. We envision a future where every woman and girl, irrespective of socio-economic status or disability, perceives a technologically affluent path, distinctly outlining their prosperous future.
The TechDiva Model carves a dedicated path for women in tech, with special emphasis on those from low-income and disability backgrounds. Starting with the All Girls Hackathon, we light the spark of curiosity. Through the TechDiva SkillHub, this spark is cultivated into skills, and with TechDiva Stipend & TechShare, we ensure no financial or resource challenge dims this light.

The All Girls Hackathon provides young girls with a platform to envision their tech future. It's the starting point, the foundation of their tech aspirations.

In a transformative journey, 500 girls, spanning high school to college students and those from non-CS backgrounds in Chennai, stepped into the enthralling world of technology with TechDiva.
Their progression from learning coding basics to actively participating in tech projects has been nothing short of inspiring.
The impact extends beyond their individual achievements - it’s a ripple effect, where learning and empowerment cascade from one cohort to the next, manifesting a cycle of mentorship and continued growth.
Celebrating National Girl Child Day on January 24, 2024, the All Girls Hackathon 2024 widens its reach, impacting Tamil Nadu & Karnataka. We're spotlighting high school girls from underserved communities and those with hearing impairments, echoing calls of innovation and empowerment through every city and town we touch.
Through our All Girls Hackathon, we will identify promising Techdivas with a knack for technology. Selected individuals will undergo specialized training led by global Software Developers and receive a monthly TechDiva Stipend to support their college education.
